The Practical Nursing program at the Hackensack Campus is offered during the day and in the evening and weekends. The day program is full-time with classes scheduled from Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The day program includes 44 weeks of instruction and is approximately 11 months in length with breaks. Students are expected to attend the Center when classes are not in session to practice clinical skills, attend tutoring sessions, make-up missed work, etc. The professional program is an evening and weekend program.  Classes for the professional program are scheduled from Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and includes one day during the weekend (typically Sunday) from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The total program length is 66 weeks of instruction.  Students are expected to attend the Center when classes are not in session to practice clinical skills, attend tutoring sessions, make-up work, missed work, etc. Times for all schedules may vary based on clinical and instructor availability and other factors.
